The Importance of Social Media

Social Media is such an important part of pageantry and many girls do not take advantage of it! The International Pageant system is very involved with Social Media and as a potential or current contestant you should be too! Lets show the world why The Miss International Pageant system is the BEST pageant system while simultaneously getting you the recognition you deserve for all of your hard work!

While most ladies may already have a Facebook account, I recommend making a separate Fan Page for people to like and follow your journey! It dosent end there! You should have an Instagram and Twitter account as well! Always make sure to hashtag #IntlPageants, #MissInternational #MissIntl #Miss International2014 #MissIntl2015 #InternationalPageants to stay specific to us. BUT, you may also want to include hashtags that will get you more exposure, such as #Pageants, or #Pageantgirl.

When volunteering for an organization or events, always tag them and include their hashtag as well! Try to always post photos after an event or write a blog about your efforts and link it to your social media accounts! I can’t wait to see what all of you are up to!
