Free Arts Minnesota inspires hope and builds self-esteem for youth who have experienced poverty, homelessness, abuse and mental illness, using the healing powers of artistic expression and caring adult mentors. 100% of proceeds will benefit the Free Arts Program.

Last year we had incredible local, emerging and established artists. Well known Minneapolis-based artists, Miles Mendenhall, Terrence Payne, Alec Soth, Carrie Thompson and Ed Lentsch. Works from master printer Steven Anderson of Vermillion Editions Limited who has collaborated with Jasper Johns, Chuck Close and Andy Warhol. Celebrated design teams including East Coast graphic designers The Heads of State who have created designs for Wilco and National Public Radio, as well as London-based Gilles & Cecilie Studio who have produced work for Paul Smith and Harvey Nichols.

In 2011 we raised over $30,000 for Free Arts programming. This year, lets provide even more children with the opportunity to be creative and explore their imagination through art mentoring!

ART HEALS!
