Mall of America, Go Red Day!
For anyone who has been to the Mall of America (MOA) you know how enormous, crowded, and vibrant this place can be! Saturday, February 9th was no exception and this makes the MOA a wonderful venue for the American Heart Association to spread the word of living heart healthy.
Men and Women were out wearing their Red and spreading their respective message throughout the Rotunda and connecting corridors. I was also proud to see many ladies competing for the Minnesota International 2013 titles volunteer at the event, thereby upholding the commitment of the International Pageant System to support and stay connected to the AHA.
The full day of events included; cooking demonstrations, a fashion show, casting call, CPR training and more! I decided it was time to update my CPR training and want to thank my able coach and heart survivor for his dedication and guidance.
