Alpha Phi's Red Dress Gala 2010
This Friday, September 24th I will be traveling to Arizona State University to serve as the Guest Speaker for the Alpha Phi Red Dress Gala! I cannot express how honored and excited I am to stand before my Alpha Phi sisters and talk about the importance of Heart Health! Alpha Phi has a national relationship with the American Heart Association!
2010 Mrs. International & Alpha Phi sister, Shannon Devine will serve as the
Guest Speaker for the 2010 Red Dress Gala!
If you’re going to be in the general area, please come out to the Gala. It will start around 5pm at the Fiesta Resort & Conference Center in Tempe, AZ. I don’t want to spoil all of the surprises…so, come out to see how we are going to raise money for the philanthropy!
Proceeds from Red Dress Gala will benefit the Alpha Phi Foundation. A nonprofit organization, the Foundation is the philanthropic partner of Alpha Phi International Fraternity, one of the oldest national sororities. Through contributions from chapters, individual members and friends, the Alpha Phi Foundation funds programs that provide leadership and educational opportunities, encourage and recognize superior scholarship, support women's cardiac health, educate women about the value of philanthropy, and assist members in need. As a charitable and educational organization, the Foundation has been classified as a 501(c)(3) organization by the Internal Revenue Service. Donations are tax deductible in the United States as allowed by law.
The Gamma Pi chapter of Alpha Phi International Fraternity at Arizona State University is a membership organization dedicated to promoting sisterhood, cultivating leadership, encouraging intellectual curiosity and advocating service.
Alpha Phi develops character for a lifetime!!!
