Food Substitutions

I love being able to find food substitutions as alternatives to what otherwise can be heavy meals that don't necessarily help us to stay toned and stage ready.

These are my top 5 food substitutions!

1. Spaghetti squash for spaghetti noodles

2. Steamed and smashed cauliflower for mashed potatoes

3. Avocado for mayonnaise

4. Leafy greens for bread

5. Dark chocolate for milk chocolate
