Stress

The pageant is just a week or so away and many of you probably have everything together and maybe some of you don’t, but either way it’s reasonable for all of you to be feeling a little stress right about this time.

A little stress can be a good thing now and then, but too much of it can leave us pulling our hair out. So, for those of you feeling the tension… remember to pause, take a step back and breathe.

If you’re feeling frustrated, walk away from the situation and get some fresh air just to take your mind off of it. It will help refresh your mind so you can tackle any situation with ease.

Make sure you eat plenty of healthy meals and drink lots of water, as well as get a good night’s sleep. You’ll wake up full of energy and ready to start the day!

And remember… don’t stress, do your best and forget the rest.
