A Hard Conversation

Have you discussed the possibilities of you winning with your family?

Have you prepared them for that scenario?

Becoming Mrs. International, is a family affair. Should you win, you will be busy with appearances, traveling, writing blogs, making videos, keeping up with your social media accts. There is a lot that goes into being Mrs. International.

If you have kids, you will need to sit them down and explain to them why you will be traveling and perhaps missing their games. How will they take it, are they willing to sacrifice time away from mommy, so that she can pursue her dreams? (Make sure you thank them for choosing to do so.)

Your husband will become Mr. Mom and have to cook, help keep the house clean, watch the kids, and work on top of that...Does he have a sufficient amount of help? Do you have family or a support system to help him? And is he willing to take on that role? (Again, make sure to thank him! It's important that he be a part of this decision.)

What about your job, will they be flexible enough to allow you to travel and work your platform?

These are all important questions you should be asking yourself. Becoming Mrs International is a sacrifice for all of you. It's not just about you, it's also about your husband your kids and your job. Balance is key, so I encourage you to be prepared. Find your support system, have a plan.

I'm your Mrs International reminding you-

TO CHOOSE LOVE,

Priscilla
