Dear Contestants

Dear Contestants,

I feel so incredibly blessed to be a part of this phenomenal sisterhood. You will soon discover, if you haven't already, we attract the greatest women at the International pageants. Most of which, will become your lifelong friends.

As you enter your week in Charleston, W.V., I have some advice for you:

1) Take it all in!

For the first time in who knows how long, you will be alone, without your husband or your family! You will be receiving the "red carpet" treatment, you'll be treated as queens. So my advice is, take it all in. This is your time to shine, so shine bright like a diamond! Enjoy yourself, you deserve it.

2) Get to know your sisters!

You have one week to make lifelong relationships, take advantage of that time getting to know one another.

3) Take plenty of photos!

You're gonna look back at this experience, and wishing you had taken more photos. Believe me!

This is one of those memories that you'll be telling your kids and grandkids about about...Take photos of every experience, so you never forget a detail.

4) Eat!

During pageant week, you will be going non-stop the entire time.... This is not the time to stop eating in hopes to lose weight. Make eating a priority, you'll need your energy.

5) Take care of your feet.

Your stage walk is important, it can either show confidence, or insecurity. Therefore, you need to be aware of your feet and the condition they're in. Don't wear shoes that will give you blisters, alternate shoes everyday, wear platforms that are more comfortable during the week... Make sure to take plenty of bandages, or band-aids just in case. Take some Epsom salt, and soak your feet in a hot salt bath. Whatever you need to do to take care of your feet.

6) Sleep!

Make sure you get plenty of rest while you're there. Take some melatonin with you, some earplugs, and possibly an eye mask...Find a way to get plenty of rest.

It's going to be an amazing week, full of fantastic memories. I'm looking forward to getting to know you all better.

I'm your Mrs International reminding you-
TO CHOOSE LOVE,

Priscilla
